Add .github/copilot-instructions.md with the 4 Karpathy principles adapted for GitHub Copilot's workspace instructions format. Also add Option C install instructions to README.md. Relates to forrestchang#12 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

.github/copilot-instructions.mdas workspace-level instructions. The file contains the same Think Before Coding, Simplicity First, Surgical Changes, and Goal-Driven Execution principles, adapted for Copilot's format.Also adds Option C to the README install section with a curl command for copying the file.
No existing files were modified besides README.md (new section appended after Option B).
