Some text is in russian while the game is in english

Bug description

I have encountered some text in russian despite choosing english as in-game language. System language is also english.
This issue appears in playlists (Closing через [no.] дней);
in profile (joined [no.] лет назад, last seen [no.] минут назад, recent plays tells how long ago the play was made in plain russian);
in short info about the map (short date in russian but whole date in english);
in quick play (placements says 1-й, 2-й instead of 1-st, 2-nd. The same sprites appear in the end in "How you played" section)

The numbers and formatting you are seeing is based off your system setting. One solution is to change your windows culture/language to english (because it sounds like you want english everywhere).

We may be able to handle this better in-game, but I suggest the above as an interim solution.

One solution is to change your windows culture/language to english (because it sounds like you want english everywhere).

The problem is my (and OP's) system language is English. Have no idea where it gets Russian from, some CultureInfo maybe? But it shouldn't affect the language itself

My second guess is that with what language windows was first installed is embedded within the system as default
But even if it's actually true, then in my case the first language was ukranian, and osu has a ukranian localization so even in that case the presence of russian seem not apparent

Changing regional format in windows settings changed all related words to the choosen format (i have tried this with ukranian and english)
