Per Machine install requires admin password for non-admin users

Question

I have created an msi package and bundle that installs my application to the Program Files folder and creates a start menu shortcut. Everything seems to install correctly except that the application requires elevated permission (i.e. administrator password) to run.

My questions are:

1. Is there some attribute/property required to set the files in the C:\Program Files\My Application folder to be able to run without an admin password?
2. What are the some of the best practices for per machine installs that I likely missed?
