Plugin not visible in menu on Ubuntu

I have seen the comment in the FAQ:

However this was for an older version. The new version doesn't support qt5, I have:

• qt6-bse-dev
• Ubuntu 22.04 64.4 bit 64 bit gnome 42.9, Wayland
• OBS 30.1.2

Any ideas? It works on Windows (dual boot) on the same laptop. Happy to change this into an issue, but thought I would start here.
