[FEATURE] Add RTK data to telemetry screen

It would be nice to see RTK data in the telemetry section. Maybe highlight when RTK stops working.

I am required to use RTK alot lately, and notice sometimes it drops.
It would be nice to be able to see this for the mission and see a graph like you have RC signal.

@TNFlyboy2 I am not sure where to get this data. The parser library we use, does not return any such field in the parsed result.

I am not sure either, I would of thought somewhere in the log it would have an RTK status. Maybe not. Thanks for looking into it.

Maybe as a side project, there could be an app that reads the exif data out of the pics, show on map and tell RTK status. I know there is RTK information in photos taken with the RTK running.
I have seen sites that read one file at a time. But none that can take a mass upload. And it wouldnt really need to read the whole picture file, just read the exif data out of them.
