orangepi5-max: drop redundant kernel 7.0 patches

Patches 1100 (2nd HDMI) and 1101 (HDMI sound) are now fully covered by
the upstream Linux 7.0 DTS, which was refactored to use
rk3588-orangepi-5-compact.dtsi. The patches no longer apply and were
silently skipped during builds.
