Archive projects

We have a lot of projects that reach their end of life, and would like for a way to remove them from the main project listing in infisical without deleting them, as there is always a chance that we need to access details for a project after it has been decommissioned.

I would love for a way to mark a project as 'archived' and have it hidden from the main project listing, unless I toggle a switch or similar to include archived projects.

Currently all we can do right now is delete projects, which is not ideal.
