Kubernetes Sync

The new secrets sync feature looks really good. I think a Kubernetes option that sync work directly with the API (instead of an operator) can be a great addition. The operator requires a lot of setup and special permissions (which not all users have on their cluster), and a sync can be implemented with minimal requirements and permissions.
