Unable to install

Describe the bug

When attempting to install by downloading the zip file from the release assets (version 1.2.0) I get:

Dependency resolution completed in 0.002 seconds
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.
Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires 10up/snapshots dev-main || dev-master || dev-trunk -> satisfiable by 10up/snapshots[dev-main].
    - 10up/snapshots dev-main requires 10up/wp-scrubber ^1.0.0 -> could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the zip file from the release assets page
2. run wp package install 1.2.0.zip
3. get the error above
